If we examine the levels of betrayal as if we were traveling from the highest branches of a beautiful Kapok tree to the deepest point of the root system, the core of the tree's foundation, the highest branches represent the primacy experience of the most recent pain, the inheritance of a relationship damaged by broken trust.

The Analogy of Fog - The isolation and separateness of those in the fog is but a reflection of our own separateness as a human race. It is as much an imperative for those above the fog to reach below and pull upward as it is for those below the fog to reach above and pull downward.

The Art of Staying Present Through Discomfort-
Surfing the wave is remaining in present time through the rising of the urge that stems from discomfort. It is not suppressing the urge or cutting it off, it is, however, honoring the urge by holding the space of the uncomfortable feeling that the urge creates.

The Field of Pure Awareness – A Non-Dualistic Experience of Reality
Within the many translations of reality many paths and doorways have been discovered to reconnect our experience of personal consciousness to the unified field. The heart will gravitate to whichever translation or explanation of reality feels right. Through love and openness the choice will be made to explore a path that will lead towards greater freedom.
Being at the Bottom
The difference between spiritual mastery and spiritual awareness is the depth of the root in which spiritual "being" grows. As we delve into the depths of ourselves to gain a sense of spiritual understanding we tend to search out our higher selves for knowledge and wisdom in the realms of the unknown. This spiritual high provides incredible insight and an amazing journey through the various levels of higher consciousness once the discipline to establish a consistent practice emerges and is refined for optimal personal experience. It is the integration of this knowledge and wisdom gained directly from higher self and connection to source that "grounds" the master into his or her spiritual roots. Without these roots, the knowledge and wisdom gained from spiritual practice is not truly activated as it goes without practice in our interactions and behavior. So then , what does the process of integrating spiritual knowledge and experience look like? COMING SOON!
